Sibjam proposed to the farmers of Wangbama Genekha to grow garlic with the commitment to buy back the harvest at a rate which is good for both parties. The farmers agreed to the proposal and successfully planted 150 kg of garlic in two acres of land at Wangbama. 

This collaboration was made possible by Kinley Dorji, who is the Agriculture Extension Officer for the region. Kinley Dorji works closely with the farmers and has introduced many programs to improve the livelihood of the farmers in his region.
